Board Levy Funded Organizations
Each year, the Board receives taxpayer funds for the purpose of supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in Christian county. Providers that work with our individuals present requests to the Board for consideration annually.
For some Providers, these funds maybe used as supporting grants for individuals to participate in services with little to no cost to families when other funding sources are exhausted. For other Providers, these funds maybe used to
assist in providing services to our individuals, such as transportation to and from work or provide experiences that an individual may never experience anywhere else.
