CC Rhythm

CC Rhythm is a performing musical program offered through CC Links. Its mission is to break down social barriers and showcase the abilities of individuals, rather than focusing on their differences. The program creates a natural and inclusive environment where participants can build social skills, confidence, and a strong sense of unity and self-worth.

More than just music, CC Rhythm fosters independence, creativity, and personal development in a fun, collaborative setting. The program is open to individuals both with and without developmental disabilities, making it a truly inclusive space for all.

CC Rhythm recently welcomed Tyler Hays as the new Director of CC Rhythm. We are excited to see the vision, creativity, and fresh energy Tyler brings as CC Rhythm continues to grow and inspire.

A Program with Purpose

Research in neuroscience and music therapy demonstrates why music is such a powerful tool for growth and connection:

Our Story

CC Rhythm began in the fall of 2017, with its first public performance in the spring of 2018. Since then, the group has performed at:

• MACDDS Annual Conference
• Power-Up Conference
• Missouri Family Partnership Conference
• Branson On Stage Live at the Grand Shanghai Theater
• Cox North Fitness Girls Just Want to Run 5K & 10K
• Several transition summits, churches, local events, and CC Links–sponsored gatherings

How to Join

There is no audition and no musical requirements to participate in CC Rhythm. Individuals are simply expected to attend rehearsals and performances, and give their best effort.
