Our Service Coordinators play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission. They build personalized plans, coordinate resources, make referrals, and actively engage in service delivery, ensuring individual and family support needs are met. They also provide valuable assistance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for families.

Our Service Coordinators monitor the services received from participating agencies, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the individuals we serve. Additionally, they offer guidance and support in completing applications and necessary paperwork, alleviating any administrative burdens.

Service Coordinators provide accountability for the funds allocated for authorized services. We continually strive to improve existing services and actively facilitate the development of new resources, always seeking ways to enhance the lives of the individuals and families in our community.
