Jim has been married for 48 years and has called Nixa home for 33 years. Jim and his wife are the proud parents of 1 child and have 3 grandchildren. He worked as a Physical Therapist for 41 years prior to retiring and now enjoys spending time fishing whenever possible. He has a strong commitment to assisting people with disabilities in Christian County.  

Grace has lived in Clever for over 30 years while working in customer service for 28 years. She and her husband have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. She now enjoys spending her free time gardening. Grace became connected with CC Links with her son who has learning disabilities and was provided invaluable support for her son and her family. She is motivated by her experience with CC Links to be able to give to back and assist others. 

Stacey and her family have lived in the community for many years where she raised 2 children. She has worked for Department of Mental Health/Springfield Regional Office, Abilities First, and is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, She is passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across their lifespan. During her free time, Stacey enjoys hiking and going to concerts across the country.  

Lisa and her family have been residents of Christian County for 37 years. She is the mother of 3 children and proud grandmother of 3 grandchildren. She was a Special Education Teacher and Special Services Director for 34 years. Although she is retired, she remains passionate about continuing to support individuals with developmental disabilities. While she remains busy with her family, Lisa spends time gardening, reading, participating in watersports, and working with children.

Amanda has been a life long resident of Ozark and with her husband of 18 years, they have 2 children, one with a developmental disability. Amanda finds joy in being a wife and a mother. Amanda has been the Owner/Funeral Director at the Barnes Family Funeral Home for 32 years.  Serving on the Board has been a privilege for Amanda where she can assist other families and explore available program for all individuals we serve.

Terri and her husband have been residents of Springfield for years and raised their 2 children here. They are now enjoying the role of grandparents with their 4 grandchildren. Terri was a Special Education Teacher and A+ Coordinator for 22 years at Nixa Public Schools. She also enjoys making doll houses as a hobby. Terri is passionate about the work that CC Links does for individuals with developmental disabilities and is proud to be a part of the board of directors.

Greg has been a life long resident of the community and is the proud father of twin boys. He is currently a Vice President with Connell Insurance where he has worked for 16 years. When he has free time, he enjoys golfing. He is committed to enriching the lives of those we serve.

Tiffany has been married and a resident of Clever for 18 where she is raising her 2 children. After working at Silver Dollar City for 9 years and a year at Pat Jones YMCA, Tiffany has been able to be a stay-at-home mom to care for her daughter who has special needs. While she has tremendous responsibilities at home, Tiffany finds time to be involved in outreach programs such as Play for Life. Tiffany believes in the importance of a supportive community, which in part inspired her to be a part of the Board to support the individuals we serve as well as raise awareness in the community.  

Brian and his family have been residents of the community for 8 years. He has been married for 15 years and has 1 child with a developmental disability. Because of his own personal experience with his child and a family of educators, he is passionate about assisting individuals with a developmental disabilities and their families. For the last 6years, Brian has been the owner/broker of Stone Realty Group. In his free time he enjoys playing board games and golfing. 

Executive Director

Andrea was hired as the first Executive Director of CC Links in October of 2012. She has been married to her husband Andrew since 1994, together they have a son Greg. They have lived in Christian County for 27 years. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys traveling, glamping and following her son with his musical pursuits. Andrea has worked in the disability field for over 26 years. She began her career with the State of Missouri as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, serving Christian County for 10 years. She then moved to Abilities First as a Service Coordinator where she quickly worked her way up through the management levels before accepting the Executive Director position with CC Links.
